Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting
All members are advised that under the constitution, notice is hereby given that the 2026 annual general meeting of the members of North Queensland District Ladies Bowling Association Incorporated will take place as follows:
Date: Sunday 8 February 2026Place: Suburban Bowls Club
Time: 9.30am So that nominations for the Management Committee positions may be prepared, the Constitution provides for all positions to become vacant. However, all current Management Members & Match Committee Members are eligible for re-election. Nominations close at 5:00 pm on Friday 9 January 2026. Nominations are to be emailed to Secretary NQDLBA before this time. The positions are: President Vice President Secretary Treasurer Match Chair Match Secretary Notices of Motion to be presented to the AGM close on Friday 12 December 2025. All Notices of Motion are to be forwarded to NQDLBA Secretary before 5pm on 12 December 2025 with any subsequent amendments to submitted motions to be provided by Friday 9 January 2025. Agenda i. Adoption of Minutes of Previous Meeting ii. Presentation, consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Financial Report and Balance Sheets accompanied by the Auditor’s Report (refer to section 59 of the Act) iii. Election of the Management Committee of the Association iv. Appointment of a Patron v. To appoint an Auditor (refer section 59 of the Act) vi.
